CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE

- Filing a Forcible Detainer action in the Kentucky District Court pursuant to KRS Chapter 383;
- Seeking a judgment for possession of the premises;
- Seeking a money judgment for all unpaid rent, damages, court costs, and reasonable attorney's fees as permitted;
- Any other remedies available at law or in equity.
