MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into as of May 1, 2026, by and between John M. Smith, residing at 456 Oak Avenue, and Sarah J. Johnson, residing at 789 Elm Street, and shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
