CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE

- Filing an Unlawful Detainer action in the Idaho Magistrate Court pursuant to Idaho Code §§ 6-301 et seq.;
- Seeking a judgment for possession of the premises;
- Seeking a money judgment for all unpaid rent, damages, court costs, and reasonable attorney's fees as permitted;
- Treble damages if applicable under Idaho Code § 6-317;
- Any other remedies available at law or in equity.
