REDEMPTION INFORMATION

Unless the landlord also seeks eviction for a material lease violation under Minn. Stat. § 504B.285, subd. 5, a tenant generally may redeem before possession is delivered by paying or bringing to court the rent in arrears, interest, action costs, an attorney fee not exceeding $5, and performing the lease's other covenants. A qualifying written rental-assistance guarantee may be used as provided by Minn. Stat. § 504B.291, subd. 1.
