CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE

- Filing an Eviction (Ejectment) action in the appropriate Indiana court pursuant to IC 32-31-1-1 et seq. and IC 32-30-3-1 et seq.;
- Seeking a judgment for possession of the premises;
- Seeking a money judgment for all unpaid rent, damages, court costs, and reasonable attorney's fees as permitted by the lease agreement;
- Any other remedies available at law or in equity.
