THREE-DAY NOTICE TO QUIT FOR NONPAYMENT OF RENT
ARKANSAS CIVIL UNLAWFUL DETAINER
Demand for possession—not a statutory cure notice. Arkansas's civil unlawful-detainer route requires three days' written notice to quit and a written demand for possession after rent is unpaid. This template does not combine that civil notice with a different criminal failure-to-vacate procedure. Do not label the deadline “three or ten days.”

3. NOTICE TO QUIT AND DEMAND FOR POSSESSION

4. CONSEQUENCE OF FAILURE TO VACATE
If you remain in possession after the notice period expires, the landlord may file a civil unlawful-detainer action in the circuit court for the county where the premises are located and seek possession through court process.
Only the court and authorized officials may carry out an eviction. This notice does not authorize the landlord to change locks, remove occupants or property, shut off utilities, or otherwise use self-help to obtain possession.
