CRITICAL: You must have a written contract to file a lien.
- For suppliers: Delivery slip or order slip signed by debtor qualifies

THIRD-TIER LIEN CLAIMANTS
Third-tier lien claimants (sub to 2nd tier or supplier to 2nd tier) have lien rights but must comply with all requirements.

ENFORCEMENT DEADLINE
