Use this form for ordinary periodic termination or departure at the end of a fixed term. Use a separate notice for protected early termination.

Neb. Rev. Stat. § 76-1437 permits either party to terminate a week-to-week tenancy by written notice at least 7 days before the stated termination date and a month-to-month tenancy by written notice at least 30 days before the periodic rental date specified. If electronic delivery is used under § 76-1413 as amended by 2025 LB 185, verify affirmative consent, disclosures, receipt, withdrawal, and any required nonelectronic fallback.
