Use this form for an ordinary end-of-term or periodic-tenancy departure. Use a separate, ground-specific notice for any protected early termination.

Arizona Timing Gate

A.R.S. § 33-1375 allows either party to terminate a week-to-week tenancy by written notice at least 10 days before the stated termination date. A month-to-month tenancy requires written notice at least 30 days before the periodic rental date specified in the notice. A fixed-term nonrenewal must be checked against the lease; this form does not create an early-termination right.
