Illinois-Specific: Invention Assignment (765 ILCS 1060/2)
Illinois Employee Patent Act limits invention assignments. Cannot require assignment of inventions developed entirely on employee's own time without employer resources and unrelated to employer's business.

This Agreement does not require assignment of inventions developed entirely on Employee's own time without using Company equipment, supplies, facilities, or trade secret information, that do not relate to Company's business.
