General Provisions

Governing Law: Nevada. Venue: Clark County (Las Vegas) or Washoe County (Reno), Nevada.
Electronic Signatures. Valid per NRS Section 719.010 et seq.

Nevada-Specific: Non-Compete (NRS Section 613.195 et seq.)

Nevada has specific requirements for non-competes:
- Must be supported by valuable consideration
- Limited to employees earning at least 1.5x minimum wage (hourly) or minimum wage
- Cannot prohibit former employee from providing services to a former customer if employee did not solicit
- Cannot restrict competition after employment terminates for low-wage employees

Nevada-Specific: Invention Assignment (NRS Section 600.500 et seq.)

Nevada has an invention assignment statute. Cannot require assignment of inventions developed on employee's own time without employer resources.
