Governing Law: New Hampshire. Venue: Hillsborough County (Manchester) or Merrimack County (Concord), New Hampshire.

New Hampshire-Specific: Non-Compete (N.H. RSA Section 275:70-a)

New Hampshire has restrictions on non-competes:
- Cannot use non-compete for low-wage employees (less than 200% federal poverty level)
- Must provide copy before offer acceptance
- Must be signed by all parties

New Hampshire-Specific: Invention Assignment (N.H. RSA Section 275:71)

Cannot require assignment of inventions developed on employee's own time without employer resources.
