• JURY WAIVER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY NEW JERSEY LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
• New Jersey Data Breach Notification: N.J. Stat. Ann. Sections 56:8-161 et seq.
• New Jersey Data Privacy Act: N.J. Stat. Ann. Sections 56:8-166 et seq. (compliance required where applicable).
• Trade Secrets: New Jersey Trade Secrets Act (N.J. Stat. Ann. Sections 56:15-1 et seq.).
• Consumer Protection: New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act (N.J. Stat. Ann. Sections 56:8-1 et seq.).
