• Governing Law: Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Venue: State or federal courts in [Suffolk County / Middlesex County], Massachusetts.
• JURY WAIVER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY MASSACHUSETTS LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
• Massachusetts Data Breach Notification: M.G.L. c. 93H.
• Data Security Standards: 201 CMR 17.00 compliance.
• Trade Secrets: Massachusetts Trade Secrets Act (M.G.L. c. 93 Sections 42-42A).
• Consumer Protection: Massachusetts Consumer Protection Act (M.G.L. c. 93A).
• Electronic Signatures: Massachusetts Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (M.G.L. c. 110G).
