• Governing Law: Laws of the State of Missouri.
• Venue: State or federal courts in [St. Louis City / Jackson County], Missouri.
• JURY WAIVER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY MISSOURI LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
• Missouri Data Breach Notification: Mo. Rev. Stat. Sections 407.1500 et seq.
• Trade Secrets: Missouri Uniform Trade Secrets Act (Mo. Rev. Stat. Sections 417.450 et seq.).
• Consumer Protection: Missouri Merchandising Practices Act (Mo. Rev. Stat. Chapter 407).
• Electronic Signatures: Missouri Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Mo. Rev. Stat. Sections 432.200 et seq.).
