GOVERNING LAW AND COMPLIANCE

• Governing Law: Laws of the State of Ohio.
• Venue: State or federal courts in [Franklin County / Cuyahoga County], Ohio.
• JURY WAIVER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY OHIO LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
• Ohio Data Protection Act: Ohio Rev. Code Sections 1354.01 et seq.
• Ohio Data Breach Notification: Ohio Rev. Code Sections 1349.19 et seq.
• Trade Secrets: Ohio Uniform Trade Secrets Act (Ohio Rev. Code Sections 1333.61 et seq.).
• Consumer Protection: Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act (Ohio Rev. Code Chapter 1345).
• Electronic Signatures: Ohio Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Ohio Rev. Code Chapter 1306).
