• Provider will not use Customer Data to train AI models without written consent.

GOVERNING LAW AND COMPLIANCE

• Governing Law: Laws of the State of Montana.
• Venue: State or federal courts in [Lewis and Clark County / Yellowstone County], Montana.
• JURY WAIVER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY MONTANA LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
• Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act: Mont. Code Ann. Title 30, Chapter 14 (compliance required where applicable).
• Montana Data Breach Notification: Mont. Code Ann. Sections 30-14-1701 et seq.
• Trade Secrets: Montana Uniform Trade Secrets Act (Mont. Code Ann. Sections 30-14-401 et seq.).
• Consumer Protection: Montana Consumer Protection Act (Mont. Code Ann. Sections 30-14-101 et seq.).
• Electronic Signatures: Montana Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Mont. Code Ann. Sections 30-18-101 et seq.).
