• JURY WAIVER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY MISSISSIPPI LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
• Mississippi Data Breach Notification: Miss. Code Ann. Sections 75-24-29 et seq.
• Trade Secrets: Mississippi Uniform Trade Secrets Act (Miss. Code Ann. Sections 75-26-1 et seq.).
• Consumer Protection: Mississippi Consumer Protection Act (Miss. Code Ann. Sections 75-24-1 et seq.).
• Electronic Signatures: Mississippi Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Miss. Code Ann. Sections 75-12-1 et seq.).
