GOVERNING LAW AND COMPLIANCE

• Governing Law: Laws of the State of Louisiana.
• Venue: State or federal courts in [Orleans Parish / East Baton Rouge Parish], Louisiana.
• JURY WAIVER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LOUISIANA LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
• Louisiana Database Security Breach Notification Law: La. R.S. 51:3074.
• Trade Secrets: Louisiana Uniform Trade Secrets Act (La. R.S. 51:1431 et seq.).
• Consumer Protection: Louisiana Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (La. R.S. 51:1401 et seq.).
• Electronic Signatures: Louisiana Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (La. R.S. 9:2601 et seq.).
