2. DISTRICT ELIGIBILITY AND CURE GATE
D.C. Code § 29-106.03 requires the entity name or compliant alternate name, principal office, registered agent, administrative-dissolution date, and a statement that the grounds did not exist or were cured. All fees and penalties due at dissolution and during the dissolved period must be paid.
