2. ARKANSAS WINDOW GATES
For administrative dissolution, § 4-38-709 allows an application no later than two years after the effective date; grounds must be absent or cured and all fees, taxes, interest, and penalties due during the dissolved period must be paid.
For a voluntary dissolution, § 4-38-703 and the current Secretary of State form require revocation within 120 days and signatures of all members/managers. Do not substitute one route for the other.
