2. ALASKA ELIGIBILITY GATE
Alaska Stat. § 10.50.408(e) allows reinstatement within two years after the certificate of involuntary dissolution if there was no cause or the delinquency, failure, or misrepresentation is corrected. The statute requires double the delinquent amount plus amounts that would have been paid while dissolved. If the name is unavailable, an articles amendment is required.
