2. ALABAMA CONSENT GATE
Ala. Code § 10A-5A-7.07 requires the consent stated for reinstatement in the LLC agreement; if absent, the agreement’s dissolution consent; if both are absent, the chapter’s dissolution consent. Timely written objections must be withdrawn, and member-initiated judicial dissolution requires each initiating member’s consent.
