Represented parties conventionally filing more than 200 pages must supply a PDF on a USB drive; paper will not be accepted.

Submit conventionally filed audio and video files on a USB drive; the court does not accept discs.

Filing

In a regular civil case directly assigned to a magistrate judge, return the decline-consent form by its stated deadline if you do not consent; otherwise consent is deemed given.

Sealing

To seek sealing of a plea or sentencing document, file a motion to seal and the proposed sealed material conventionally.
