6. STANDARD OF REVIEW
Under Alaska R. Civ. P. 56(c), summary judgment shall be granted when “the pleadings, depositions, answers to interrogatories, and admissions on file, together with the affidavits, if any, show that there is no genuine issue as to any material fact and that the moving party is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.” The evidence is viewed in the light most favorable to the non-moving party, and all reasonable inferences are drawn in that party’s favor.
