Las Partes presentarán este acuerdo al tribunal identificado arriba para la consideración que exija la ley aplicable. La disolución del matrimonio y toda orden que requiera aprobación judicial dependen de la resolución del tribunal. / The Parties will submit this agreement to the identified court for any review required by applicable law. Dissolution of the marriage and any order requiring court approval depend on the court's action.

Antes de solicitar medidas de cumplimiento entre ellas, una Parte enviará a la otra aviso escrito del incumplimiento identificado a [ADDRESS OR EMAIL] y dará [NUMBER] días para responder, salvo que la ley o una orden requiera otra vía o una medida urgente. / Before seeking enforcement between them, a Party will send written notice of the identified breach to [ADDRESS OR EMAIL] and allow [NUMBER] days to respond, unless law or an order requires another procedure or urgent relief.
