Filing
Submit physical copies of audio or video files on a thumb drive in one of the order’s approved formats.
“counsel or an unrepresented party shall submit physical copies of any such audio or video files to the Court in an acceptable format on a ‘thumb drive’ device”

For an audio or video exhibit supporting a pleading, send one thumb drive and a case-identifying placeholder document to the clerk.

Use Director’s Forms 4100N and 4100R for notices and responses concerning final cure payments.

Conferences
Do not record or retransmit a video or telephone court proceeding without the presiding judge’s prior authorization.
“The recording or retransmission of any Electronic Proceeding of this Court by anyone other than the Court itself is strictly PROHIBITED unless specifically authorized by the presiding judge in advance.”
