X. END OF TENANCY

Any deposit returned by Landlord will be distributed:

3. Third: Return remainder to each Roommate proportionally

XI. GENERAL PROVISIONS

A. Relationship to Lease

This Agreement is supplemental to the lease with the Landlord. If there is any conflict between this Agreement and the lease, the lease controls with respect to Landlord rights, but this Agreement controls between Roommates.

B. Amendments

This Agreement may only be amended by written agreement signed by all Roommates.

C. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

D. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Roommates regarding their living arrangement.

E. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [STATE].
