2. ELIGIBILITY AND APPLICATION
The application states the corporation's name and effective dissolution date and confirms that each dissolution ground did not exist or has been eliminated. The Secretary of State also determines whether the name satisfies ORS 60.094.

4. EFFECT AND INACTIVE-PERIOD REVIEW
Effective reinstatement relates back to the administrative-dissolution date, and the corporation resumes business as if the dissolution had never occurred. Before reinstatement, the corporation may conduct only activities necessary or appropriate to wind up and liquidate and to notify claimants.
