2. STATUTORY CURE GATE
Section 78.180 requires the annual list, applicable statements and ownership information, all delinquent fees and penalties, and the $300 reinstatement fee. The Secretary of State may not reinstate unless the charter revocation occurred only because required fees and penalties were unpaid.
