2. ROUTE AND APPLICATION GATE
The statute directs a delinquency notice after the specified 30-day failure and revocation if the delinquency is not corrected within 60 days after the letter is mailed. A corporation revoked under this section may apply for reinstatement within two years after the effective revocation date.
