2. INITIAL AND BIENNIAL CALENDAR
A nonexempt domestic or foreign corporation files an initial corporate report within 30 days after issuance of its incorporation or authority certificate. Biennial reports are due on or before the 15th day of the fourth month after taxable-year end.
