17.2 Jury Waiver. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY MONTANA LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES JURY TRIAL RIGHTS.
17.3 Data Breach Notification. Per Mont. Code Ann. section 30-14-1701 et seq.
17.4 Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act. Parties shall comply as applicable.
17.5 Electronic Signatures. Valid per Montana UETA (Mont. Code Ann. sections 30-18-101 to 30-18-117).
