17.2 Jury Waiver. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY MISSISSIPPI LAW, EACH PARTY WAIVES JURY TRIAL RIGHTS.
17.3 Data Breach Notification. Per Miss. Code Ann. section 75-24-29.
17.4 Electronic Signatures. Valid per Mississippi UETA (Miss. Code Ann. sections 75-12-1 to 75-12-31).
