V. COVENANTS & RESTRICTIONS

2. Service Challenge. Should the court determine service was defective due to Affiant’s breach of duty, Affiant acknowledges the court may:
a. Quash service; and/or
b. Impose appropriate sanctions, including but not limited to costs associated with re-service.

VII. RISK ALLOCATION

2. Severability. If any provision herein is held invalid, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

4. Electronic Signatures. Facsimile, scanned, or electronic signatures shall be deemed originals for all purposes to the extent permitted by D.C. law.
