- Compliance with Kansas Consumer Protection Act (K.S.A. 50-623 et seq.).
9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
- Governing Law: Laws of the State of Kansas.
- Venue: State or federal courts in [Johnson County / Sedgwick County], Kansas.
