9. KANSAS-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
9.1 Right-to-Work State
Kansas is a right-to-work state under Kansas Constitution Article 15, §12 and Kan. Stat. Ann. §44-831. You cannot be required to join a labor union or pay union dues or fees as a condition of employment.
