9. COLORADO-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

9.1 Salary History Ban (C.R.S. §8-5-102)

The Company has not sought your wage rate history and will not rely on your prior wage history to determine your compensation. Effective January 1, 2021, Colorado law prohibits employers from seeking or relying on wage rate history of prospective employees.

9.2 Pay Transparency (C.R.S. §8-5-101 et seq.)

Colorado requires employers to disclose in all job postings:
