FLHSMV's mobile-home registration procedure requires a separate title and serial number for each section of a multi-section home. Seller will provide the properly endorsed certificate for every listed section. In a private sale, the seller must be the owner shown on each title under Fla. Stat. § 319.22(3). If title names co-owners with and, all must endorse it; if it names them with or, one co-owner may endorse it under § 319.22(2)(a). Seller will enter the sale price on each certificate where a labeled place is provided, as § 319.22(4) requires.
Buyer will use HSMV 82040 MH, the Department's mobile-home title application, for each applicable section and file the title application or assignment within 30 days after the mobile-home sale is consummated, under § 319.23(6)(a). The parties will coordinate the supporting title and registration documents with the county tax collector. This signed bill alone does not complete the title transfer.

A contract is a written record of what two or more parties agreed to and what happens if someone does not follow through. Clear language, defined terms, and clean signature blocks keep disputes small and enforceable. The most common mistakes in contracts come from vague promises, missing details about timing or payment, and skipping standard protective clauses like governing law and dispute resolution.
