Utah Entry Gate

Utah Code § 57-22-4 provides that, except as otherwise stated in the rental agreement, an owner must give at least 24 hours' prior notice before entering the renter's residential rental unit. Verify the lawful purpose, lease terms, reasonable timing, consent, and emergency circumstances.
