Ten-year administrative route. Use for a domestic business corporation administratively dissolved under Idaho Code § 30-21-602 and applying no later than ten years after the dissolution effective date.
Scope gate. Excludes voluntary or judicial dissolution, foreign revocation, nonprofit or professional corporations, merger, conversion, insolvency, and disputed-control matters.

Attach the Secretary of State record, statement and notice of administrative dissolution, filing history, articles and amendments, bylaws, stock ledger, reports, fee and tax records, and cure evidence.
2. SECTION 30-21-603 APPLICATION
The signed application states the entity's name at dissolution and, if needed, a different name satisfying § 30-21-301; principal-office address; registered-agent information required by § 30-21-404(a); dissolution effective date; and that the grounds did not exist or have been cured.

If reinstatement is denied, § 30-21-604 permits an appeal to the Ada County district court within thirty days after service of the denial notice. Do not allow a filing correction effort to obscure that separate deadline.
4. EFFECT AND RELIANCE REVIEW
Effective reinstatement relates back to the administrative-dissolution date, the entity resumes its activities and affairs as if dissolution had never occurred, and rights arising from reliance on dissolution before knowledge or notice of reinstatement are not affected.
