2. SECTION 29-106.03 APPLICATION
The application must be signed by the entity and state the name at administrative dissolution and, if needed, a different name satisfying § 29-103.01; principal-office address; registered-agent name and address; dissolution effective date; and that the grounds did not exist or have been cured.

4. EFFECT AND RELIANCE REVIEW
Under § 29-106.03(d), reinstatement relates back to the administrative-dissolution effective date and the entity resumes its activities and affairs as if dissolution had never occurred. Rights arising from an act or omission in reliance on dissolution before the person knew or had reason to know of reinstatement remain protected.
