The Uniform Trial Court Rules (UTCR) govern statewide practice, but individual counties may impose Supplementary Local Rules (SLRs) that add requirements such as arbitration track designation, business court assignment, or additional case information forms. E-Filing: Oregon circuit courts use mandatory electronic filing under UTCR Chapter 21. All documents must comply with UTCR 2.010 formatting standards and the Oregon Judicial Department's eFiling Standards guidance document. Paper filing is permitted only in limited circumstances authorized by UTCR 21.040.
