13. TENNESSEE JURISDICTIONAL NOTES

Both parties must sign the Marital Dissolution Agreement (MDA) for uncontested irreconcilable differences divorces. Court considers factors in Section 36-4-121(c) for equitable distribution. TN distinguishes marital and separate property.
