Alimony Reform Act of 2011 (Sections 48-55) limits duration based on marriage length: up to 50% of months married (0-5 yrs), 60% (5-10), 70% (10-15), 80% (15-20), indefinite (20+). Separation agreements subject to court approval under Section 37.
