5. STATUS AND RENEWAL GATE
LARA's official instructions state that a domestic profit corporation failing to file/pay for two years is automatically dissolved 60 days after that two-year period. The foreign-corporation instructions state that authority is revoked after one year of nonfiling/nonpayment. Do not treat those routes as an ordinary late filing.
