12. LOCAL RULES & TRUSTEE INTERFACE GUIDE

1. Initial Document Delivery (WY LBR 4002-1)
   • Provide the trustee within 14 days: 60 days of pay stubs, last-filed tax return, bank statements covering Petition Date, and photo ID.

2. §341 Meeting Logistics
   • Meetings currently held via Zoom unless otherwise ordered. Log-in credentials are mailed by the trustee.

3. Domestic Support Certification (post-discharge)
   • Required if Debtor owes child or spousal support (11 U.S.C. § 1328(a); adapted by local practice to Chapter 7 reaffirmation hearings).

5. Trustee “No-Asset” vs “Asset” Notices
