Filing
Parties must submit a complete set of pre-marked trial exhibits at least one week before a criminal final hearing or civil final pretrial conference.
“Each party shall submit a complete set of its pre-marked trial exhibits at least one week before the final hearing in a criminal case or the final pretrial conference in a civil case.”
Filing
Highly sensitive documents and proposed highly sensitive documents must generally be submitted on an encrypted thumb drive.
“Effective immediately, HSDs and proposed HSDs must be submitted by parties or counsel, except as noted below, on an encrypted thumb drive.”
Sealing
A sealed filing generally requires a prior protective order or contemporaneous motion to seal, followed by an unsealed redacted version.
“Any document filed under seal must be followed by a separately-filed, unsealed version that redacts only truly confidential information allowed by the prior protective order or supported in the party’s motion.”
Sealing
When service is required, sealed documents must be served outside the court’s electronic filing system.
