The confirmed treatment is listed below. The text of one citing opinion could not be retrieved, so it remains unread.
24 later cases cite Erie Railroad v. Szary; 24 of those citations sat close to treatment language and were flagged for reading; the progress bar above tracks how many have been read so far. Citations that did not sit near treatment language were not flagged and were not read one by one, so a court that weakened this case without using any of that language would not appear here.

Overruled
-
The Supreme Court expressly overruled Szary's holding that the worker's sand preparation and related duties counted as interstate commerce under the federal railroad injury statute.
Chicago & Eastern Illinois Railroad v. Industrial Commission · Supreme Court of the United States · filed
The Szary case is subject to the same criticism, since it simply followed the Collins case. Both cases are out of harmony with the general current of the decisions of this court since the Shanks case, Chicago & North Western Ry. Co. v. Bolle, ante, p. 74, and they are now definitely overruled.
