SECTION 1: RECITALS AND PURPOSE

1.1 Principal is a professional athlete or prospective professional athlete in the sport of [________________________________].

b) Agent's breach of this Contract
c) Agent's violation of any law, regulation, or players association rule
d) Agent's unauthorized actions on Principal's behalf

8.2 Principal Indemnification

SECTION 9: CONFIDENTIALITY
